Specific insurance policies are contracted with leading french groups to cover all eventualities:

objects stored in the warehouse can be insured under ad valorem or under minimal guarantee,
- transport insurance, covering theft, breakage, fire and water damage, total loss, all risks, with or without excess charge,
- "clou à clou" insurance.
For works of exceptional value, or for unsafe destinations, specific, individual contracts can be drawn up within 24 hours.

Our officially licensed customs service has an office located in the buildings of the Central Customs in Paris, Place de la République. We are directly connected to the customs administration center in Cergy Pontoise by the SOFI system, which records declarations in real time.
Our two declarants are authorised to take all necessary administrative steps in your name, for export and import, either temporary or definite.
If you are a private individual we can advise you about customs formalities, and will carry them out for you at your request.
If you are a professional, we can guarantee your V.A.T. with the customs.
Holders of a FREE PORT authorisation, we have at your disposal:

in Paris, an authorization for long duration bond storage,
- in our Gennevilliers warehouses, a customs-certified storage area for short durations, which can avoid having to pay a V.A.T. guarantee. There is no longer a time limit on your customs clearance, and the formalities for re-exportation have been simplified.
